A collage of tropical recipes

Growing up in Vietnam, I’ve always loved tropical flavors—coconut, guava, pineapple and more—so Hawaii felt familiar and irresistible the first time I visited. The food, the people, and the gentle pace of island life captivated me, and I kept those memories alive by recreating the flavors at home.

I spent time working on Oahu, visited Maui more than once, and explored Kauai, but it’s never enough. These recipes are my way of bringing the islands to my kitchen and sharing that taste of aloha with you.
