Ingredients
- 3 cups apple, unpeeled, seeds and core removed
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ¾ cup frozen mango, not defrosted
- ¾ cup broccoli florets
- ¾ cup fresh spinach, packed
- ¾ cup kale, packed
- ½ cup celery, sliced
- ½ banana
Instructions

Place all ingredients in the Vitamix or a high-powered blender. Begin blending on low to combine, then increase to medium speed (about level 4 or 5) until the mixture is completely smooth.

Transfer the Green Dream to a covered container and refrigerate. It will keep for several days; stir or shake before serving.
