The classic Manhattan blends rye, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a refined, slightly sweet cocktail that’s perfect for winding down the day. In this version, Amarena cherries and a touch of their syrup add a deeper, fruit-forward note that elevates the drink without overpowering the whiskey.
