SunButter Berry Spring Parfait in glass jar on wooden board with berries and granola sattered

Hi — it’s been a minute since I’ve written like this. How are you?

This spring I feel a gentle shift toward different rhythms and priorities, leaning into more of what lights me up. After a period of feeling stuck, things are finally moving again in ways that feel aligned and energizing.

A big part of that has been yoga. I’m co-hosting a Yoga Foundations workshop this April and teaching a new class that’s been stretching me in the best way. Yoga has called me back not just for the movement but for intention, curiosity, and the chance to slow down.

At home I’ve been leaning into small, creative, grounding practices. I finally learned how to crochet with a charming snake plant kit and celebrate every little stitch like a tiny triumph. We also removed the baby gate so Flora can explore the whole house — freeing, slightly chaotic, and mostly just right. Letting go of a little control has felt good; it’s part of learning and growing (and yes, she will chew some shoes).

Through all of that I keep returning to simple rituals that anchor my day, like this SunButter Berry Spring Parfait. It’s easy, nourishing, layered (kind of like life right now), and something I can assemble even when my brain feels full. Creamy yogurt, juicy berries, crunchy granola, and ribbons of SunButter combine into a breakfast or snack that meets you where you are — whether you’re in a season of change or just surviving allergy season one spoonful at a time.
